MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child and RFSU (Swedish Association for Sexuality Education), with support from Sida, are organizing the Advanced International Training Program on Young People’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for 10 South and South East Asian countries in 2006. This is the fourth year of this training programme, which aims at enhancing the capacities of individuals and institutions to work and network effectively, to address, act and advocate for young people’s sexual and reproductive health and rights (YRSHR). The training programme expects to promote better regional understanding on YRSHR through experience sharing and thus support development of polices, programmes, strategies and interventions that are responsive to the health needs of young people.
